After 14+ years in legal practice specialising in commercial property transactions, retail and commercial leasing, and small business legal advice — plus time in a leadership role with a property development business — I’ve seen too many deals stall over slow advice, vague fees, non-core issues, or legal docs no one could understand.
I was mentored early to be a deal-maker, not a deal-breaker — and that mindset still underpins everything I do. (That a tribute to you, Bill Wilson!)
